We are looking for a driven and sales-oriented Inside Sales representative. Are you an outgoing, engaged, and trustworthy person? If so, you could be our new colleague! DACHSER Sweden AB is in constant growth, and we are now seeking an Inside Sales representative for our branch in Stockholm.

The Job

Inside Sales is an important part of our sales team where you will work with new customer acquisition, follow-ups, administrative tasks in our CRM system, and implementation of new customers.

The job involves significant contact areas both externally and internally, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with customers through excellent customer service, primarily via phone and email.

Your main responsibilities include:

- New customer acquisition
- Documentation of sales activities in our CRM system
- Participation in the implementation of new assignments and customers
- Support to the rest of the sales department, including booking customer visits, follow-ups, and environmental reports

The position is a permanent employment at 100% with working hours on weekdays.

Who are you?

As a person, you have a strong drive for sales, you do not hesitate to pick up the phone and make cold calls, prospect, book meetings for your colleagues in outside sales, and engage with our existing and potential customers' needs. We are looking for someone with high social skills, who works result-oriented and takes on tasks with energy. You fit this role if you are responsible and have a high business sense.

We place the greatest emphasis on your engagement and personal qualities, so it is not a requirement but merely an advantage if you have previously worked in the transport and logistics industry. However, we do expect you to have good computer skills, where you can handle Excel and PowerPoint without problems; experience with CRM systems is a plus. As DACHSER is an international company, good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, are required.
