About the role:

You will be responsible for clients in the agricultural sector, primarily in crop production and animal husbandry. The work involves planning, conducting, and following up audits according to accredited regulations and client assignments in the food chain. You are an important link between producers, regulations, and the market – and contribute to strengthening trust in Swedish food production.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education as an agronomist or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in crop production, soil health, circular systems, and environmental strategy.
• Experience from primary production and an understanding of the practical and strategic challenges in agriculture.
• The ability to communicate clearly and build trust.
• Self-leadership and experience working digitally and in a structured manner.
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• An understanding of Swedish laws and certification systems.

Meritorious:

• Experience in auditing, inspection, or public controls.
• Auditor leader training.
• Interest in digital technology.

Requirements:

• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for work.

Employment and location:

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with an initial six-month probationary period. The work area is Västra Götaland, but placement can be agreed upon. HS Certifiering's headquarters is in Kalmar.
