Kretslopp Sydost is a municipal federation responsible for the collection and treatment of household waste in the municipalities of Kalmar, Nybro, Torsås, Mörbylånga, Oskarshamn, Vetlanda, Uppvidinge, and Sävsjö. We have around 100 employees, a large portion of whom are waste collection drivers and staff at our recycling centers.

We have several exciting changes to look forward to in 2026. In all member municipalities, we will be changing our collection system to property-close collection with four-compartment containers. In conjunction with this, we will also replace all collection vehicles with completely new ones.

As a professional driver at Kretslopp Sydost, you can expect an active job with a lot of movement, collaboration, and a fast pace. In your role as a driver, you will occasionally meet our customers, so it is important that you enjoy providing good service.

Your main task will be to collect waste according to planned routes, where each route empties between 250-500 containers. The work is supported by a system in the vehicle's computer, where all collections and any deviations are registered digitally.

The various routes are located both in urban areas and in the countryside. In the team, we help each other and support a colleague if they need assistance.

Qualifications: The job requires a C driver's license and a valid professional competence certificate. Otherwise, the most important thing for us is who you are as a person and that you are responsible, driven, and have a strong desire to contribute to our operations.
