We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to good food and happy guests and who wants to be part of an engaged team that prepares and serves nutritious meals to children and the elderly.

The food unit consists of about 15 production and reception kitchens – from small preschools to larger school units and nursing homes.

We actively work with sustainability, food waste, and cooking from scratch. Our goal is for every meal to be delicious, nutritious, and contribute to well-being and health.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will step in as needed as a substitute in our kitchens within preschool, school, and elderly care. The tasks vary but may include:

• Cooking and preparation
• Serving and dishwashing
• Cleaning and hygiene routines
• Collaboration with colleagues and meetings with guests

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant education in the field or previous experience working in production and reception kitchens. Other education or experience deemed relevant by the employer may also be considered.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Documented work experience in kitchens, cafes, or serving
• Experience in food handling
• Good computer skills, especially within the Office package

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, so that you can:

• Read instructions and safety regulations
• Communicate with colleagues and others in the organization
• Carry out written documentation

A driver's license (B) and access to a personal vehicle are required, as work may occur at several of our facilities outside central Nora.
