Our Boulebar in Örebro is looking for: Shift Leaders. We are looking for Shift Leaders. The role entails leading the team at the restaurant and being responsible for the business during your shift. You make sure that all employees know what is expected of them and that each individual is given the opportunity and space to grow. We believe that you think like us, that service is always in focus and that you really love people.

- You have a good ability to lead a team during service

- You are used to welcoming guests and ensuring that their entire stay is pleasant

- You are structured and can create a holistic view of the situation

- You have minimum 2 years experience in the role or in a similar leader position
