We are looking for a specialist in general medicine who wants to help shape the future of home healthcare and primary care – together with a safe, engaged, and cheerful team.

With us, you will have a meaningful assignment where you alternate home visits with outpatient work – and where each day offers new meetings, tricky challenges, and lots of laughter.

Home healthcare with heart

About three days a week, you will work closely with the district nurses in the municipality at five different residences – and also make home visits to patients who remain at home. You will participate in SIP meetings, medication reviews (together with pharmacists), critical point conversations, and much more. Here, you will truly be able to use both your medical expertise and your ability to create security in all stages of life.

Outpatient care with variety

When you are not out in the field, you will be at our healthcare center, where you meet patients of all ages. You will work with both planned and urgent visits, and have close collaboration with nurses, rehabilitation coordinators, psychosocial resources, and other doctors. We have daily rounds and joint assessments – and a strong teamwork that permeates everything we do.

We use the digital tool Tandem for documentation, referrals, and certificates – and you have the opportunity to do your administration from home. Additionally, you will have a say in your schedule, so that work fits with life.

To be considered for this position, you must be a trained general specialist. It is an advantage if you have worked in a healthcare center before, but the most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude. You care about maintaining high quality in your work – always with a holistic approach and with the patient in focus. We value team spirit and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy and have a good ability to structure and prioritize.
