About the Unit:
Logistics Unit Stockholm is a unit at the Life Guards that supports military units from the operational locations of Stockholm, Solna, and Kungsängen.
The unit currently consists of a Staff, a Technical Department, a Supply Department in Stockholm, a Supply Department in Kungsängen, and a Mobilization Department. The Logistics Unit contributes to a stronger defense force through well-functioning logistics, unit-close storage management, supply provision, and ordering of material maintenance in peace, during readiness increases, and in war. The Armed Forces, and particularly Logistics Unit Stockholm, are growing in several areas.
About the Section:
Technical Customer Reception (TKM) is part of the Technical Department and is responsible for ordering material maintenance. We assist our customers with technical support in various forms. The customers are different units and organizations, primarily in the Stockholm area.
As an employee of the Armed Forces, we offer:

Main Responsibilities:
As a coordinator, you will collaborate with customers at TKM and coordinate the user's maintenance needs based on operational and maintenance plans. You will support customers with preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs primarily concerning vehicle materials, as well as assist with questions and investigations regarding technical services. In your role, you will also participate in maintenance planning and prioritization, carry out maintenance follow-up and reporting. You will create orders internally and externally. The work is varied, and outdoor work may occur even in winter.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- At least a completed 3-year upper secondary education
- Driving license B Manual
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is structured, organized, and has a sense of service. Meeting new people should be a given, and you can express yourself well in speech and writing. You will work in a team, so we prefer that you can collaborate well with others and maintain good camaraderie, but also be able to work independently and take your own initiatives and responsibility. As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, meticulous, and loyal.
In the selection process, great importance will be placed on personal qualities.
Meritorious
- Military driver's license/ranger certificate
- Vehicle technical education
- Completed military service
- Previously employed in the Armed Forces
- Documented experience with support systems LIFT/SAP PRIO
- Higher driving license category
Other
Employment type: Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period for those not currently employed in the Armed Forces.

Working hours: Daytime
Start date: By agreement
Travel may occur in the position, and you will participate in training activities as needed.

The Life Guards is one of the largest units in the Armed Forces, with a history dating back to 1521. We train tomorrow's soldiers, as well as military police and personnel who will carry out international missions. We guard the royal palaces, and we have security and ground combat units. We are also responsible for preserving and developing Swedish military music traditions. Our headquarters is in Kungsängen outside Stockholm, but we are also located in Sollentuna, central Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Karlskrona.
