Customer Receptionist at Nav1 Recruitment

Job Responsibilities
As a customer receptionist with us, you are our face to the outside world, and you are the one the customer contacts throughout the service process. It is important that you have the ability to understand the customer's situation and any problems to provide the right advice and offer the right services. Your tasks include, among others;
- providing the best possible customer service through knowledge and approach
- administering, booking, and planning work towards the workshop
- providing the customer with ongoing information regarding the status of their submitted vehicle
A typical workday involves receiving bookings and inquiries via email, phone, and at the counter. You ensure that everything is prepared for the customer's visit. You welcome and assist the customer when dropping off the car, administer and plan the work at the workshop, are responsible for the process, and continuously update the customer on how the work is progressing. You contact the customer when the car is ready for pickup and hand over the vehicle.
Personal Qualities
As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and driven. Being responsible and having presence is also a given. You are flexible regarding various tasks, even under time pressure, and you enjoy having order and tidiness around you. You possess the ability to independently organize your daily work, always with the customer in focus.
The role of customer receptionist requires you to be social, outgoing, service-minded, and articulate in both speech and writing.
We place great emphasis on suitable personality.
Experience
We believe that you who are applying have worked customer-oriented for at least 2-3 years and have an interest in automotive technology. Documented experience as a customer receptionist in the automotive industry and knowledge of systems such as Cabas, Automaster, or similar is highly meritorious. Additional requirements are that you have good computer skills.
