Do you want to work with cutting-edge technology and products used worldwide?

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, has an eye for detail, and likes to create things with precision. At our client, a leading technology company north of Stockholm, you will work in a modern and clean environment with advanced products in electronics, optics, mechanics, and testing.

You do not need to have extensive experience, but you likely have a technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work. Perhaps you have tinkered, built, or repaired things in your spare time, or worked practically in previous roles. You will receive a good introduction and support to grow into the role, whether your focus will be on assembly, production, or testing.

At WeStaff Sweden, we believe that the right attitude is more important than long CVs – with motivation and curiosity, you will go far!

About the position

You will become an important part of the production chain and may work in one of the following areas:

- Assembly of technical components and subsystems

- Production with a focus on careful craftsmanship and clear routines

- Testing of finished products according to established methods and processes

- Quality control and inspection to ensure high standards

The work requires precision, responsibility, and a structured approach. You will work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues. The position is full-time, daytime Monday–Friday, with an immediate start.

Examples of tasks:

- Assembly of small technical components

- Function testing of products

- Troubleshooting according to instructions (depending on the department)

- Following work instructions, processes, or standards

- Contributing to order, safety, and ongoing improvements

- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common production goals

Who are you?

We believe you are practical, quality-conscious, and quick to learn. You enjoy working with your hands and appreciate clear routines.

Perhaps you have previous experience in production, service, industry, electronics, workshop, or assembly: or you have a burning interest in technology and want to develop in a technical role full-time.

Requirements:

- Technically interested and accustomed to practical work

- Swedish spoken and written

- Available for immediate start

- Ability to work daytime Monday–Friday

Meritorious (but not required):

  • - Knowledge in electronics, precision mechanics, or testing - Experience with soldering, fine assembly, or working in an ESD-safe environment - Experience in quality control or cleanroom-like environments - Ability to understand drawings and work instructions - Driver's license and access to a car
