We are now looking for employees with solid experience in assembly, electronics, mechanics, or testing for a leading technology company north of Stockholm. The role suits you who want to take responsibility, work independently, and contribute to precision in the manufacturing of products at a high qualitative level.

About the position

As a fine assembler, you will be a central part of the production and testing team. You will be responsible for assembly, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of technical products, often with high complexity. The role requires experience, precision, and the ability to drive improvements.

The work takes place in a modern and clean environment with advanced equipment and technical products within electronics, optics, and mechanics. You will work both independently and in a team with other experienced assemblers. The position is full-time, daytime Monday–Friday, with the possibility of immediate start.

Examples of tasks:

- Assembly of advanced technical components and subsystems

- Functional testing and verification of products according to standardized methods

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving at the production level

- Quality control and documentation of deviations

- Suggesting and implementing improvements in processes and routines

We are looking for someone who:

- Is self-driven, responsible, and meticulous

- Has previous technical work experience, either in a role as an assembler, machine operator, or equivalent 

- Has experience in quality work and documentation

- Thrives in an environment with high precision and attention to detail

- Has technical education or equivalent experience

- Speaks and writes Swedish and English

Meritorious (but not required):

- Experience working in an ESD-safe environment or cleanroom

- Knowledge of testing equipment, measurement technology, or programming of test systems

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical instructions

- Driver's license and access to a car
