Team Leader – Fast Food Concept in Malmö (Värnhem)

We are looking for a driven and responsible team leader who wants to become a key person in our team!

With us, you will have a role with great responsibility, where you lead the daily operations in the restaurant and ensure that both staff and guests are happy.

About the role

As a team leader, you are responsible for ensuring smooth operations during your shifts. You lead the team in the kitchen and cash register, support your colleagues, and ensure that service, pace, and quality are always at a high level. You have an eye for detail and ensure that restocking, cleanliness, and routines are always in place.

Your main tasks

• Lead and support staff during shifts
• Ensure restocking and order in all stations
• Manage operations, service, and customer experience
• Train new employees in routines and work methods
• Follow up on hygiene and safety routines
• Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the fast food or restaurant industry
• Experience in taking responsibility and leading others on a daily basis
• Structured, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and with people
