JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you interested in working as an hourly paid staff member within the educational administration's service intrapreneurship? We are currently seeking staff who can cover for absences at short notice.

Our mission currently consists of three parts:

  • We keep our premises clean through regular cleaning and periodic cleaning performed in groups.
  • We conduct sales in our café operations, also taking orders and providing snack service. Our offerings are extensive, and sandwich preparation is one of many tasks.
  • On behalf of our clients and partners, we also perform other service tasks, e.g., within meal organization. We staff several stations such as serving and dishwashing.

The work is performed at one of our schools listed below:

  • Kungsmad, the adapted school Bävervägen, Lillestadskolan
  • Teknikum, 11-gården Storgatan, Hagavikskolan
  • Katedralskolan, Nortullskolan, Högstorpskolan, adapted primary school Högstorp, Furutåskolan, Fagrabäckskolan, and Fagrabäcks preschool.

Your placement will be made in consultation with the organization.

Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. Evenings and weekends may occur.

We advocate job rotation to create the best possible working environment with varied tasks, therefore we require that you be able to work with all the tasks mentioned above. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is flexible and service-oriented. You should also be independent with good collaboration skills, able to see opportunities, and open to learning. Since our work is physically demanding, it is important to enjoy being active. Many heavy lifts are performed during the work shift, so good physical condition is also important.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in any of the areas mentioned above and if you have cleaning training or other equivalent education.

The requirements for applying for the position are that you can start working at 6:00 AM, that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and that you can accept at least three work shifts per month.
