We are looking for someone who wants to work primarily as a cleaner with various service and caretaker tasks at the supply unit FMLOG. You will work at FMLOG Supply, which procures, stores, maintains, and decommissions supplies for the Armed Forces. The logistics must be efficient and ensure high availability for all types of supplies throughout Sweden, which means that planning, transport, and customer support are also important parts of our work.

About the Unit

FMLOG Supply procures, maintains, and decommissions supplies for the Armed Forces. The logistics must be efficient and ensure high availability for all types of supplies, which means that storage, planning, transport, material handling, and customer support are important parts of our work. The Armed Forces' Stores is part of FMLOG Supply and creates value for the Armed Forces by receiving and delivering materials on time, at the right cost, and with the right quality. Through knowledge of how materials should be received, stored, maintained, delivered, and decommissioned, we contribute to making the Armed Forces' operations possible. Our attitudes and working methods are characterized by mutual trust to deliver defense logistics when and where it is needed. Stores operate nationwide and contain a wide range of FM materials, and we operate in several flows.

Main Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, your main responsibilities will be working in the supply unit's storage department as part of a team responsible for ensuring that all premises/spaces, etc., are clean according to current cleanliness standards and contribute to a good working environment for the entire facility. Your tasks will include all cleaning-related duties that you will perform with pride, responsibility, and precision. In addition to daily operations, you will plan, coordinate, and execute orders from customers, inventory, and order cleaning materials from suppliers. Your work will primarily involve creating a working environment that provides good conditions for conducting operations in the facility. The position also includes some common service and caretaker tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in similar work or experience deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
  • Driving license for manual transmission

DESIRABLE

  • Professional certificate as a cleaner (SRY/PRYL)
  • Experience in machine cleaning and floor care competence
  • Forklift license
  • Experience in cleaning
  • Experience in caretaker work
  • Experience in service work

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with high social competence who enjoys working in a team with others. You have good collaboration skills, physical ability, high stress tolerance, and the ability to work independently. You take initiative within the framework of your work, are responsible, have a developing environmental mindset, are resourceful, and flexible. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is a permanent employment. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. Work location: Växjö. Individual salary setting applies.
