About the position

As a Personal Service Technician, you are responsible for the entire service process – from the first meeting to the finished car and payment.

You are responsible for troubleshooting, service, and customer dialogue, ensuring that each customer has a personal and smooth visit with us.

In our workshop, we work according to VPS, which means that two personal service technicians collaborate at each lift - with a shared responsibility for cars & customers.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, engaged, and always strives to deliver world-class service. You work in a structured manner, follow routines, and easily adapt when plans change. You have a positive outlook, good teamwork skills, and always put the customer first. We would like you to have experience with modern automotive technology and a strong interest in vehicles.

Qualifications

✅ High school diploma - preferably automotive technical education
✅ Minimum B driver's license
✅ Good computer skills
➕ Experience in similar work is a merit

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month initial probation period. Interviews are conducted continuously, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
