About the Position

The department assesses the case, follows up with the customer, and ensures that the complaint is investigated and resolved according to applicable laws and agreements, such as the Consumer Purchase Act, the Consumer Services Act, and other relevant contractual and warranty issues.

You will handle incoming complaints by registering, analyzing, and addressing them. The department ensures that the customer's complaints are taken seriously, that the root of the problem is identified, and that relevant actions are taken for the case. There may also be other permanent or temporary tasks that need to be resolved quickly, so it is important that we help each other.

Requirements

Two to three years of completed upper secondary education. Experience with warranty issues, well acquainted with the Consumer Services Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. You are a skilled communicator who enjoys solving problems.

For this role, you need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You should have experience working with computers, computer systems, and handling various digital channels.
