Transport Coordinator at JSC Kran & Specialtransport

Have you worked as a transport coordinator, or in another coordinating role where planning, problem-solving, and communication have been central parts of the job? At JSC Kran & Specialtransport, we are currently in an exciting phase of development and are looking for a transport coordinator for our crane truck division who wants to contribute to our continued growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be the spider in the web, administering and coordinating our transports in the best possible way. The job involves a lot of communication with both customers and drivers, where your area of responsibility will be on the crane truck side. This, combined with assisting in other parts of the business. Your main tasks will include:

Planning and leading transport flows within the crane service
Receiving and handling incoming customer inquiries
Preparing quotation materials
Approval of invoices and re-invoicing
Providing support to both the project side and special transports.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who enjoys a role where you can coordinate, plan, and juggle many tasks. You are a person who sees the big picture but also has the ability to create structure and order in your work.

You do not need to have worked with crane trucks before. The technical knowledge is already present among our experienced drivers. The most important thing is that you have a strong interest in learning the business and that you find it easy to immerse yourself in new areas.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience as a transport coordinator, but you may also have worked in another coordinating role where planning, problem-solving, and communication have been central parts of the job. The role requires a B driver's license and good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. If you are proficient in English, this is an advantage. It may also be advantageous if you have any relevant education.

As a person, you are structured, proactive, and enjoy being the spider in the web. You like to have an overview, make decisions, and drive the work forward. You find it easy to collaborate but are also self-sufficient and confident in prioritizing when the pace is high. We also see you as a person who has the ability to build long-term relationships with both staff and customers.

JSC Kran and Specialtransport is a company focused on cranes, special transport, and complete project logistics. We have about 20 employees within the company, and our vehicles operate in Sweden and other parts of Europe, offering services such as:

Transport and lifting with crane trucks.
Special transports where both high, heavy, wide, and long goods are transported.
Complete project solutions related to special transports and lifting within industry and energy production.

We have offices in both Växjö and Åseda, and the company is part of the expanding JSC group, which includes several companies with different focuses within transport and logistics. In total, there are about 130 employees and 70 heavy vehicles in the group. In 2023, parts of the business also moved into new modern premises in Växjö in the Nylanda area.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Location: Åseda.

The employment is a full-time position, possibly with an initial probationary period. We have a collective agreement.
