Are you passionate about service and planning? Looking for a new challenge? Best Transport IT-Logistics is now seeking a new Traffic Coordinator for our customer service team in Växjö.
About the positionYour main tasks will include traffic directing, planning, notifications, and customer service. You will handle emails and calls with both customers and colleagues. The role also includes supporting other departments as needed.

This also describes you:
- You have experience working in customer service/administration.
- You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- You are accustomed to working with the Office suite.
It is an advantage if you have worked in the IT industry and/or the transport industry.
