Are you passionate about service and planning? Looking for a new challenge? Best Transport IT-Logistics is now seeking a new Traffic Coordinator for our customer service team in Växjö.

Your main tasks will include traffic directing, planning, notifications, and customer service. You will handle emails and calls with both customers and colleagues. The role also includes supporting other departments as needed.

We are looking for a reliable employee who wants to provide excellent service to our customers and colleagues. You should be flexible and have the ability to prioritize. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a solution-oriented person who looks both inside and outside the box for solutions. Additionally, you are meticulous and take responsibility for completing your tasks while also aiming to deliver that “little extra.” Since we work closely together in teams, we see it as an advantage that you are curious, responsible, and have a positive attitude. Your personal qualities will play a central role in our selection process.

This also describes you:

• You have experience working in customer service/administration.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are accustomed to working with the Office suite.

It is an advantage if you have worked in the IT industry and/or the transport industry.
