Job Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for high-voltage work on BMW & Mini, troubleshooting, checking measures, test driving, and the intake and delivery of vehicles.

• Responsible for regularly performing analysis and reflection on outcomes related to Autogruppen's strategic plan and goals.

• The work is carried out according to work orders, service and repair instructions according to Autogruppen's common ways of working.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with at least 5-10 years of experience as an automotive technician with specialist training from BMW, documented in BMW's training system. You have the ambition to continue developing with BMW in your journey with us. You should be able to perform all types of work independently, including advanced troubleshooting.

You are an individual who values order and structure. You have a strong ability to prioritize and organize your work effectively. Your motivation comes from ensuring that both you and your colleagues thrive and succeed in their tasks.

Further requirements for the position are that you:

• Have a B driver's license

• Completed automotive technical education or equivalent experience

• You have BMW training documented in TMSi with several years of experience within BMW & Mini.

• Love challenges and finding solutions as well as taking initiatives

• Have good computer skills

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Alternatively, English spoken and written.
