Your role with us

As a parts advisor, you will be a key person in our wholesale department, handling orders for original parts for our internal and external customers via phone, email, and digital ordering channels. You need to be able to plan smartly, collaborate effectively, and deliver top-notch service – all to ensure our customers have the best experience!

Is this you?

• You have 1–2 years of experience in the automotive or workshop industry.
• Automotive technical education or equivalent knowledge.
• You enjoy working with people and building good customer relationships.
• You are structured and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are a problem-solver who thrives in a team environment.
• No experience with specific car brands is required – we will teach you what you need! You show commitment and take great responsibility for your development.

The position is full-time and based at Mechanum's headquarters in Mölndal. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
