Your tasks

As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that both internal and external preventive maintenance is carried out for high availability of machines/equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines, robots, and other auxiliary equipment in daily operations
• Responsible for purchasing spare parts
• Participating in daily morning meetings
• Working in our service program Mainter

You will play an important role in ensuring the operational reliability of our production.

The position is a permanent employment located in our factory in Laxå. About 55 people work here, and we are part of the Talent Plastics group. We have close cooperation between different business units and are happy to share knowledge across borders. Work is conducted during the day, and we apply ongoing selection in the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone with experience in repair and maintenance, preferably within injection molding. You are comfortable handling technology and have basic computer skills. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are responsible, curious, and self-driven. You are practical, stress-resistant, and have a structured work style. A strong commitment and willingness to learn are qualities we highly value.
