The assignment concerns a temporary resource reinforcement within the Swedish Transport Administration's area of Purchasing and Logistics. The work is performed at Production Sannahed at the Transport Administration's facility in Kumla, where long rails are completed at the welding line. The assignment is part of the delivery of TGM materials and includes participation in the operational production chain to ensure that production follows established delivery times and that materials are handled according to applicable regulations.

As an operator, you will be part of the daily work in the operation and contribute to keeping production running by performing practical tasks at the facility. The role involves handling equipment, following established work routines, and collaborating with both colleagues and the responsible manager to ensure that work flows efficiently and safely. You are expected to take responsibility in your work, be attentive to the environment, and contribute where needed to support production.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Handling and stocking materials
• Performing shunting and locomotive driving on sidings for those with safety duties
• Implementing decided actions together with the responsible manager
• Carrying out maintenance on machines and units and participating in investment planning
• Participating in and, if necessary, leading projects
• Introducing and mentoring new employees
• Participating in scheduled on-call duty
• Traveling for work when necessary

Mandatory requirements

All requirements must be clearly stated in the CV, including periods, assignments, scope, and responsibilities.

1. Completed upper secondary education or an education/experience that the Transport Administration assesses as equivalent.
2. Has a driver's license for passenger cars.
3. Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
4. Is meticulous, structured, and proactive.
5. Has the ability to work independently while also being good at collaborating.

Assignment information

The assignment is to start from 2026-02-16 until 2026-06-28.

Option: The client has the unilateral option to extend the contract with existing contractual terms for an additional 2 months.

Scope: The estimated workload for the assignment is 100% of annual working time, equivalent to 1,700 hours.

The work is performed at the Transport Administration's facility Production Sannahed in Kumla.
