Our client is an established industrial company with extensive experience in advanced tool and component manufacturing. They produce and deliver complex press tools and mechanical products to customers in several industries, including automotive, telecom, offshore, aerospace, home appliances, and furniture industries.

The company is part of a larger industrial group with several production units and international customers. Quality, precision, and technical development are at the forefront of everything they do.

About the position

As a CAM CNC operator, you will work with advanced contract manufacturing and prototype production, primarily in 5-axis milling machines and often in demanding materials such as hardened steel, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel.

You will:

• Independently program, set up, and operate machines
• Work on process and quality improvements
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and customers
• Contribute to the development of the production flow

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education and experience in CAM and CNC machining
• Experience in 3- and 5-axis milling
• Good understanding of drawings and measurements
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

You are solution-oriented, responsible, and thrive in an environment where quality and precision are central.

Meritorious

• Programming skills in Mastercam or similar CAM systems
• Experience in advanced machining
• High technical interest and willingness to develop
