About the position

As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring the work of CNC machines and ensuring that production meets specified dimensions and quality requirements.

The assignment

The assignment is part of our rental operations, which means that you will be employed by Lernia and work as a consultant for our client in Björköby. The assignment is long-term, and the goal is for you to eventually be offered a direct employment with the client company.

About you

To fit this role, it is essential that you are flexible and have a strong work ethic. You are expected to be a team player with a high sense of responsibility and to handle your work efficiently. You should also be practically oriented, able to work both independently and in a group, and have good physical ability. The work involves shift work, so you need to be flexible and able to work nights, days, and evenings.

Formal qualifications

Driving license B & access to a car
Good knowledge of Swedish
Education or previous experience in industry, production, or equivalent.
