About the role As a Property Manager with us at Balder, you will have overall responsibility for your own property portfolio – and the opportunity to truly make a difference. You are the one who holds everything together: finance, operations, maintenance, and customer relations.

The role suits you if you enjoy being both out in the field and in the business. You ensure that the properties are well-maintained, that customers are satisfied, and that the business develops sustainably and long-term.

In practice, this means that you:

• Take responsibility for revenues, costs, and action plans within your area
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors, and partners
• Plan and follow up on maintenance, operations, and investments
• Identify opportunities for improvement and development – both in the properties and together with our tenants

You have experience in property management and a good understanding of both finance and technology.
