At Jonsac AB, we have a strong belief in the future and are now facing many exciting new projects with a focus on quality, environment, and sustainability. Therefore, we need to expand our workforce with several skilled employees for our factory in Otterbäcken. We are currently looking for machine operators for our converting machines for the production of paper bags for e-commerce.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines.
• Set up machines for product changes.
• Check product quality and report deviations.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Work closely with colleagues and production management to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow applicable safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Technical interest and ability to handle machines.
• Good teamwork skills and sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail and willingness to contribute to a safe and efficient production.
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• English is an advantage.
• Experience in industrial work, especially in the paper or packaging industry, is a plus.
• We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Jonsac AB applies a 6-month probationary period. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
