About the position

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor for Bilia in Southern Stockholm. As a parts advisor, you will be an important link between our customers and the workshop. Your main responsibilities will include frequent contact with the workshop, suppliers, and customers. You will work with a strong focus on customer service, and your responsibilities include maintaining high quality and working effectively with communication. 

Your tasks will include: 

• Handling incoming orders, both over the counter and via phone or email.
• Ensuring that our inventory is well-organized and updated, including ordering new parts as needed.
• Creating invoices and following up on payments for sold parts.
• Handling customer inquiries and any complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Qualifications

• Driver's license B
• Computer skills, MS Office
• Good knowledge of CABAS
• Experience in the role of Parts Advisor or similar work
