Property Caretaker Wanted at Climat80 Group

We are looking for a practical property caretaker with a sense for both details and the big picture – a person who thrives in varied workdays, works solution-oriented, and has a natural drive. You will be based at our office in Arlöv, close to both Malmö and Lund.

About the Position

As a property caretaker with us, you will play a key role in creating safe, pleasant, and well-maintained living environments. The focus is on outdoor environments – where you will manage green areas, walkways, simple earthworks, and cleanliness – but you will also be responsible for ongoing supervision and minor repairs in and around the properties.

Main Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, and simple gardening tasks
• Minor carpentry and painting jobs
• Fault rectification in and around the properties
• Supervision of lighting, locks, gates, doors, and other installations
• Some snow removal and ice prevention during winter
• Interacting with tenants in a friendly and professional manner
• Reporting faults and needs to management

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a practical, solution-oriented, and self-sufficient person. You enjoy physical work and don’t mind being outdoors in all weather. You have experience in property maintenance, gardening, or similar fields. Since you will interact with our tenants daily, we also see that you have good social skills and a professional demeanor.

• Have technical understanding and experience with machines, such as tractors or riding lawnmowers.
• Are responsible and structured with the ability to plan and prioritize work independently and systematically.
• Are solution-focused and confident in customer interactions.
• Are good at building positive relationships.
• Enjoy practical work and take responsibility for the entire assignment.

Requirements

Driver's license B, fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and basic knowledge of English. We also expect you to be able to handle standard programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
