Information about the Position

Lundgrens AB is a well-known industrial company with expertise in hoses, rubber, and industrial components. They are now looking for a new production assistant for their branch in central Hisingen, near Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen.

You will be part of a close-knit team of about 12 employees with a family atmosphere and close collaboration between production and warehouse. The work is full-time and takes place during the day.

This is a recruitment handled by Professionals Nord, where you will be employed as a consultant with the ambition to eventually transition to a permanent position at Lundgrens AB – provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Assistant, you will have a practical and varied job within assembly and production. You will assemble hoses and kits according to established routines and customer requests, as well as be responsible for cutting, pressing, packing, and packaging.

Examples of Job Responsibilities:

• Assembly of hoses and kits
• Picking materials according to production documentation
• Final inspection and quality control
• Packing and packaging
• Maintenance and upkeep of workshop machines according to schedule
• Cleaning and organizing the workplace
• If needed, also work in the warehouse – you are versatile and help where needed

We are looking for someone who:

We believe you are a meticulous and responsible person with a sense of order. You thrive in an active job where you can use your hands and collaborate with others. The role suits you if you have a technical interest and are eager to learn new things.

We would like you to have:

• Computer skills, e.g., in order management and business systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• The ability to maintain pace when required and contribute positive energy to the group

• It is not a requirement, but it is an advantage if you have a forklift license (A1–4, B1–4)
