We are currently looking for on-demand staff to expand our needs pool with our client in Kristianstad. The job is suitable for you who study at least 50% or have another part-time job of at least 50% (temporary employment is not accepted!). Working hours are scheduled Mon-Fri, with varied times, and you will make yourself available on the days you can work. We would like you to be able to work at least 2-3 days a week.

We are now looking for a driven, ambitious, and responsible warehouse worker with extended responsibility for a warehouse in Kristianstad, starting immediately. You will work in a dynamic environment with a high pace. This position has a strong focus on problem-solving and long-term improvement work. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, where your previous knowledge and experience in warehousing will come into play.

In the role of warehouse worker with extended responsibility, you will closely collaborate with the workgroup to lead and distribute the work in the warehouse and get the team to pull in the same direction. It is to you that the employees will turn for clarity and to sort things out, so personnel responsibility is something you must feel comfortable with.

Your tasks will include:

Managing and coordinating staff.
Leading and distributing daily work.
Planning work efficiently.
Introducing new staff.
Responsible for quality and time studies.
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that you as a team achieve the week's goals.

Your Profile

To fit in and thrive in the role of warehouse worker with extended responsibility with us, we believe you are a responsive, driven, and responsible person. We would like you to have previous experience in either work leadership or production management.

In this role, it is important that you can distribute work efficiently and that you have good communication skills in both Swedish and English. We also see that you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You must be good at handling stress and prioritizing in pressured situations. You appreciate working towards a weekly goal where you motivate and engage your team to perform at their best.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
You should be good at organizing and planning and have a genuine interest in problem-solving.
Previous experience in leadership or production management (preferred).
Forklift license A+B (preferred).
