In November 2022, we opened our latest ambitious hotel venture within Elite Hotels of Sweden - Ad Astra by Elite at the beautiful Snäckviken in Södertälje. Our first-class, international destination hotel with a premium approach is now bringing the Riviera to Sweden,

The reception is the hub of the hotel and it is often here that the guest has their very first and last contact with us. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you are very comfortable in the role as the face of our guests and that you are willing to go the extra mile to provide the guest with the absolute best and most memorable hotel experience. Being stress-resistant, flexible, and used to juggling many tasks while having good initiative is essential. For you, it is also completely natural to actively work with upselling. In your daily work, you find it easy to collaborate with all departments in the hotel.

The work in our reception consists of - among other things - check-in & check-out, upselling, responding to reviews, planning, handling the switchboard and emails as well as bookings, general concierge service, and keeping the lobby and reception area in top condition.

At Ad Astra by Elite, we have the honor and pleasure of welcoming both national and international leisure travelers and business guests, as well as accommodation & conference groups, which makes the work in the reception particularly varied and versatile. Our guests spend most or even all of their time during their stay with us at the hotel and our many different units, which places even higher demands on world-class service and hospitality. Our guests should feel seen and remember all staff as ambassadors for Ad Astra by Elite.

Experience working in a hotel reception and very good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing is a minimum requirement. Training in the hotel system HMS Infor will be provided on-site.

We are looking for reception colleagues who wish to work nights with an employment rate of 82.89%, based on an average working time of 38 hours per week corresponding to a full-time position for night staff. For staff hired to work nights, the working hours are mainly from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM for seven consecutive days, followed by seven days off. Deviations may occur.

Work every other weekend is included. Salary according to HRF's & Visita's collective agreement.

It is easy and convenient to commute to Södertälje by both commuter train & bus to Södertälje Centrum as well as regional trains to Södertälje Syd.

You report directly to the reception manager / Front Office Manager.
