About the position

As a salesperson at Konradssons Kakel, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inspiring environment. The onboarding process spans several months to provide you with a thorough introduction to both the product range and working methods. Through continuous education characterized by learning by doing, you will have the opportunity to build expertise in tiles, bathrooms, and interior design – and develop into a knowledgeable advisor for Konradssons Kakel's customers.

Responsibilities

As a salesperson at Konradssons Kakel, you will have a comprehensive and varied role where you guide customers through the entire purchasing process. You are the face of the store and meet customers on the floor with a professional and inspiring approach. The work involves holding scheduled customer meetings both digitally and on-site, where you conduct needs analyses and guide customers in choosing tiles, ceramics, and bathroom furnishings. Together with the customer, you create bathroom designs and offer solutions based on their wishes and conditions.

The role also includes selling products from Konradssons' wide range as well as administrative tasks such as quote and order management, customer contact via email and phone, and planning deliveries. You also contribute to keeping the store inspiring, well-stocked, and inviting with products and interior details.

One day a week, you will work in the warehouse, which involves providing professional service to craft customers, handling orders, receiving and delivering goods, checking incoming shipments, and performing other tasks. The position also includes heavy lifting.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in retail; experience from the interior design or construction industry is an advantage but not a requirement. You have good computer skills and will work in the business system Navision. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. If you have a forklift license, that is an advantage; otherwise, we will ensure you have the opportunity to obtain this. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is fearless and curious, with a natural drive and desire to develop. You are a social person who easily connects with customers and builds trust. With a structured and adaptable approach, you have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Additionally, you have an optimistic outlook and a results-oriented mindset.

Recruitment process

In this recruitment process, Konradssons Kakel collaborates with the consulting and recruitment company Clevry. We at Clevry believe that soft skills are just as important as hard skills. Therefore, in this recruitment, you will, after applying, gain access to a self-assessment test. It takes about 20 minutes to complete the test, after which you will receive a feedback report emailed to you highlighting your soft skills.
