Do you want to combine strategic business thinking with practical real estate development in an entrepreneurial company based in Stockholm? At Serafim Fastigheter, you will play a key role in a growing real estate company where ideas quickly become reality. About the role As an Investment & Asset Manager, you will have a key role in the business, where you will both drive property transactions and be responsible for developing and managing our existing portfolio. Your task will be to identify, analyze, and execute deals that create long-term value while ensuring efficient and value-creating management of our properties.

You will have a broad role with significant responsibility and close collaboration with both colleagues and external partners – from investors to tenants and collaborators. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine analytical skills with a business-driven and relationship-oriented approach. Your main responsibilities

• Drive and follow up on management, leasing, and development projects in close dialogue with tenants and partners
• Identify, analyze, and execute property transactions (acquisitions and disposals)
• Conduct analyses, valuations, and business calculations as decision support
• Be responsible for business plans and value-creating measures in the existing portfolio
• Contribute to developing Serafim Fastigheter's long-term strategy and portfolio

About you We are looking for someone who wants to work broadly with both strategic and operational issues within real estate. You are confident in your analytical skills and thrive in a role where you can combine numbers with relationships and your interest in the real estate industry.

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Academic background in real estate economics, finance, engineering, or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience in property transactions and/or commercial management
