Attendo Home Care Staffanstorp has experienced and dedicated employees who assist citizens with everything from personal care to home services based on a care decision. We have an agreement with Staffanstorp municipality in beautiful Skåne to provide home care according to customer choice. The agreement includes services such as nursing, delegated home healthcare, escorting, respite care, and service interventions. This means that citizens entitled to home care have the right to choose us as their provider.

Our employees are committed and attentive to our customers' individual needs and wishes. We maintain good communication with customers and relatives to ensure they feel safe and secure in their home environment. We collaborate closely with the municipality's nurses and rehabilitation staff to provide the best care possible in the customer's home. We also offer household services for everyone, including those with care decisions. If the care decision is insufficient, we can create a suitable plan for the customer.

About the role

As a Care Assistant in home care, you will work closely with our customers and assist them in their daily lives. Your main tasks will include nursing, support with daily routines, simple household tasks, delegated home healthcare, and transfers. You will meet several of our customers in their home environment where they require various services.

- Do you have experience in elderly care and are you a trained care assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare?

Qualifications

• Trained Care Assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to cycle is a requirement
• Driving license B is a requirement
• Experience in elderly care

Meritorious

• Experience in home care and delegated home healthcare

Employment form

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period (2 positions at 50%, scheduled days and every other weekend)

Start immediately or by agreement

About the recruitment process
