The Role
As a claims adjuster, you will assess reported damages to vehicles and make decisions on how the damage should be settled based on your technical knowledge, acting as the link between vehicle owners, workshops, and our dealers.
The job involves a lot of communication and places high demands on good service in both speech and writing to best assist the customer with their claim. Your tools will mainly consist of a phone and a computer, but visits to workshops or dealers may also occur.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, understands and can explain technical functions/solutions, and is genuinely interested in helping our customers who have experienced damage to their vehicle. You need to be meticulous, structured, and efficient in how you perform your daily tasks as we handle many claims simultaneously. You are also self-driven and able to make decisions easily.
We operate in a market that is constantly evolving, which requires you to be adaptable, curious, and have a positive attitude towards changes and new working methods.
Furthermore, you are a team player with good collaboration skills who enjoys spreading energy to the team.
We are looking for you who
- Have good knowledge of automotive technology and spare parts.
- Have experience in service, advice, or handling customer cases.
- Are solution-oriented, attentive, and have good communication skills.
- Have an automotive technical education or equivalent experience with a few years of practical experience in the profession.
- Experience working with electric vehicles is a plus but not a requirement.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
If you have experience as a workshop foreman, assistant workshop foreman, service technician, or warranty and claims adjuster in a workshop, with a car importer, or insurance company, that is a big plus.

- Scope: 100%
- Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
- Start date: As agreed, preferably as soon as possible.
- Location: At the headquarters in Mölndal. Parking spaces are available.
