About the Job

We are looking for someone with solid experience in Lean production, production development, and process development.

Common Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Map and analyze business processes and working methods.
• Identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
• Propose and design new processes, routines, or tools.
• Participate in and lead the implementation of change and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree (e.g., in engineering or organization/leadership).
• At least 5 years of experience in qualified development or improvement work.
• Ability to combine analysis, structure, and execution power.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
