Description

As an occupational nurse/nurse at Avonova, you provide support to company management, supervisors, contacts, and employees based on your profession.

You act as a support and advisor in health and work environment issues to managers and employees in our client companies, responsible for planning and implementing measures for our clients.

You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise, and you should also enjoy working independently. You will primarily be located at the reception in Falkenberg, but work may occur as needed at our nearby branches in Halland and also at our clients' locations.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Statutory and general health examinations
• Health profile assessments
• Vaccinations
• Company reception
• Coordination and organization of rehabilitation efforts and training initiatives
• Client responsibility for certain client companies

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained occupational nurse or registered nurse, preferably with experience in occupational health. Experience in rehabilitation coordination is an advantage. You have a business-like and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. Furthermore, you have a health-promoting perspective and a genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. If you want to work and develop with us, you should enjoy working consultatively and have an easy time building relationships. You are confident, stable, and self-sufficient, and you enjoy collaborating in a team with other professionals such as other nurses, doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, occupational safety engineers, and administrators. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

We prefer that you are comfortable working in a private business and have a business-like approach in your professional role. You are structured and have good IT skills. Experience with the Office suite is a prerequisite for working with us. A driver's license and access to a personal car are necessary as travel is required in the position.
