We at WeStaff Sweden are now looking for an assembler for a well-established technology company north of Stockholm that manufactures advanced equipment for heating and oven systems.

About the role

In the role of assembler, you will work practically on the production floor with the assembly of larger industrial ovens and associated components. The work involves assembling machines according to drawings and instructions, where both precision and quality are crucial.

You will be part of an experienced and cohesive team where collaboration is central, and you contribute to ensuring that production runs efficiently and to a high standard.

Main responsibilities:

• Assembly of larger machine and oven parts according to drawings and instructions.
• Adjustment and assembly of mechanical and electrical components.
• Checking fit, function, and quality before delivery.
• Reporting any deviations and suggestions for improvement.
• Contributing to a structured and safe workflow in production.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys a practical and varied role where you get to work with your hands, tools, and technology. You are meticulous, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating. It is important that you can read drawings and follow instructions, as well as have a desire to learn more and develop in your role. You enjoy physical work and have no issues with heavy lifting.

We believe you have:

• High school education or practical experience in industry, production, or assembly.
• Good technical understanding and experience with tools and machines.
• Ability to read and understand drawings/instructions.
• Swedish spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in assembling larger machines or industrial products.
• Knowledge in electrical, control systems, or mechanics.
• Forklift license or overhead crane experience.

Practical information

• Scope: Full-time, daytime Monday–Friday 
• Location: Northern Stockholm
• Start: Immediately, by agreement
