JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in providing good care and support to our users. In the role of a nursing assistant with us, you have the opportunity to create the best living environment for our users based on a person-centered approach. You work carefully and professionally in collaboration with others in the team and in close contact with our users. This also means working for good collaboration with other professional groups and relatives.

Main job responsibilities include: Meeting the individual care and support needs of users, carrying out delegated healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act, documentation, and service interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Care and support program or nursing assistant training.

Experience in dementia and elderly care is an advantage. You are confident in documenting and using various systems necessary for the job. You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as the work involves contact with users, relatives, documentation, and reading information related to the job. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation. A driving license (B) is also an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
