We are now looking for a DevOps Lead with extensive experience in cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and a proven ability to lead teams and projects within technical infrastructure and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve DevOps processes and practices
• Implement and maintain best practices and standards within DevOps
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and progress
• Have in-depth architectural knowledge to manage high-level design choices and policy settings
• Ensure that the DevOps strategy is robust and scalable
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including other developers, scrum masters, product owners, IT operations, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders
• Build automated deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in existing information systems

Qualifications

Requirements

• Several years of documented experience as a DevOps engineer or similar roles, with a strong focus on cloud platforms
• Previous experience leading teams and projects
• Experience working with infrastructure as code and managing advanced CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines and Azure Bicep
• Documented experience with Azure DevOps Services
• Deep understanding of the Azure platform and its various services, including virtual machines, cloud storage, virtual networks, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps (ACA), Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Azure KeyVault, and API Management
• Strong skills in automation and scripting with tools like PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar
• Architectural knowledge to manage high-level design choices and policy settings
• The ability to communicate fluently in English is a must, and good knowledge of Swedish is advantageous for effective collaboration within the team and with colleagues inside and outside the IT department. The official language for communication and documentation is Swedish.

Meritorious

• University degree or vocational training in IT, IT security, DevOps, or similar
• Current and relevant certification, e.g., Azure Solution Architect Expert (AZ-305) and/or Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
