Job Responsibilities As a Parts Specialist/Customer Receptionist, you will be responsible for the sales, ordering, and inventory management of spare parts, order handling, and accessories. You will focus on customer contact and service, ensuring high quality and effective communication in your work.

Key Competencies/Abilities:

• Preferably with automotive technical education and previous experience in repair and service work
• Comfortable with data and phone, preferably with experience in the business system Kobra
• Previous experience as a customer receptionist
• Preferably with a B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Your attention to detail and structured approach allows you to have a good eye for details and order. At the same time, you have a strong social ability, which makes it easy for you to build good relationships with both colleagues and customers.
