About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of key customers operating in multiple regions in Sweden. Your mission is to manage, deepen, and broaden the business – with a focus on sustainability, quality, and growth.

You will work closely with our specialists in fire protection, safety, and risk management to create comprehensive solutions that enhance customer security and Presto's position in the market.

In this role, you will also:

Drive and develop sales to existing customers

  Renegotiate and extend contracts in line with Presto's offerings

 Identify new business opportunities and needs among customers

Build and strengthen relationships at multiple levels within customers' organizations

- Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who

You have experience in B2B sales and enjoy working relationship-based. You combine business drive with analytical skills and have a good ability to see the big picture of the customer's needs.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have the following: 

 A few years of experience as an Account Manager or strategic purchaser

 Experience in contract negotiations, business development, or strategic sales

Good ability to build long-term customer relationships

 Good system proficiency. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of working with CRM systems, e.g., Power BI, Get Accept, Upsales, Sales Force.

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience in industries such as fire protection, safety, or risk management is an advantage

The employment begins with a 6-month fixed-term contract with the intention of then continuing with a permanent position.
