Technician Support - Merit-Based Part-Time Job

We are now looking for you who want a merit-based part-time job as Technician Support. You will work about two days a week and secure your summer job! Your tasks mainly involve answering incoming calls and emails from technicians in the field working with the country's fiber network. ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Technician Support, you will work customer-focused and support technicians across the country. You will have daily contact with contractors and colleagues, thus benefiting greatly from your social and service-oriented side. You will also come into contact with an exciting industry and have good opportunities to develop in the future with our client, who works with various technical solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls via phone and computer.
  • Assist contractors working in the fiber network across Sweden with support cases.
  • Provide technicians with information and ensure quality in support systems.
  • Document the cases you receive and update records.
  • Undergo extensive training at the beginning of your employment and ongoing to develop in your role and handle complex cases.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Are studying a technical post-secondary education at a university or college and have at least two years left of your studies.
  • Have good computer and system skills.
  • Have previous work experience in customer service.
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
  • Will always be able to make yourself available for at least 2 days per week.
  • Are willing to undergo a comprehensive security check as this position is security classified.

It is merit-based if

  • You have previously worked with technical support in some form, or have worked in a technical role where you support colleagues, customers, or contractors.
  • You have experience from the telecom industry.

Other information:

  • Start: By agreement
  • Scope: 2 days a week
  • Location: Karlstad
  • Working hours: 08:00-16:30 but may vary slightly.
