ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a Field Service Technician, your main task is to perform service assignments and warranty work at customer sites. Customer assignments vary in nature and length, and one thing is for sure, no week will be the same. Together with your team, which is passionate and dedicated to meeting customer needs, you will work hard to deliver high-quality service and support. You will work independently with a service vehicle and the spare parts and tools you may need. You are responsible for documentation and report completed assignments to ensure the customer feels secure throughout the process. Transparent communication at a high technical level is crucial to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for cases throughout Sweden, with overnight stays expected a few times a week.

Your main tasks:

• Perform service tasks at customer sites, such as commissioning, repairs, and preventive maintenance of KUKA robots
• Provide technical support and be an advisory partner to both customers and integrators
• Be responsible for customer contact regarding service and maintenance issues, as well as contribute solutions and improvement suggestions
• Handle administrative tasks related to daily work
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction by delivering professional service and long-term support
• Be part of KUKA's technical support team and work with the company's products and services

This is a direct recruitment, which means that we at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process and you will be employed by KUKA. The position is full-time and planned to start immediately or by agreement. You will be based at KUKA in Gothenburg, with the possibility to work from home during customer visits.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a relevant high school education, preferably in electrical or automation. To succeed in the role of Field Service Technician, we see that you have a few years of experience in service/maintenance within the industry, preferably in automotive or robotics. If you are also used to working on the go, this is an advantage. Since you will communicate with both Swedish-speaking and non-Swedish-speaking individuals, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.

Important for the position:

• You have work experience in service/maintenance within the industry
• You hold a B driver's license and are open to travel and stay overnight for work
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You are a collaborative person who puts the customer and their needs in focus
