Are you technically skilled, communicative, and enjoy having many points of contact? On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Product Support Specialist for an innovative company that develops solutions for monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure within the energy and industrial sectors. Here, you will play a key role in translating technical solutions to customer-specific needs, with ongoing contact both internally and externally.

As a Product Support Specialist, you will belong to their service and support team where you will be an important link between the company's technical solutions and customer needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive a smooth and efficient introduction to their IoT-based monitoring system, from installation to implementation and full-scale use. You will work at the intersection of technology and customer value, where you master the technical details of their solutions and support and motivate customers on their journey towards more sustainable work practices. Your role is crucial in helping their customers undergo the digital transformation from scheduled to predictive maintenance.

You will be an important advocate for the value-creating change that their solutions enable. The work includes both support and training, where you adapt technical information to different target groups' competence levels both internally in the organization and externally towards customers. You will closely collaborate with the company's sales team and be involved early in the process to map the customer's technical needs and opportunities.

Examples of tasks in the role:

• Plan and execute technical parts of onboarding, including configuration, remote installation, and system customization
• Act as a technical contact point for complex customer inquiries after onboarding
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of, for example, sensors, data communication, and system connections
• Write and develop user support and other product documentation
• Develop solution proposals that match the customer's requirements and our technical platform
• Identify technical improvement areas and relay insights to the product team

• Has a technical vocational education in electrical/electronics, automation, or similar
• Has experience working with technical installation and/or service
• Good understanding of electronics and basic IT skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals
• Knowledge of IoT solutions and sensors
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as these languages are used in daily work
• Experience working with support systems, CRM, and business systems
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
