About the role

We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC consultant/Installation coordinator/energy engineer who wants to take the next step in their career with an innovative team within Newsec Digital Solutions. You have worked with installation, coordination, drawing comprehension, and have a good understanding of systems related to measurement and automation of installation systems. Now you want to help shape the future technical solutions for properties.

Your responsibilities

As an HVAC designer with us, you will:

• Inventory properties and analyze existing systems
• Provide technical support in design and system proposals
• Document new installations and ensure correct setup
• Work closely with our project managers and system technicians
• Participate in the coordination of installations and ensure quality in deliveries
• Act as project leader and support to project managers

About Digital Solutions

Within Digital Solutions, we work with technical concepts in:

• Property energy measurement
• Property automation
• Sensor technology
• Operational monitoring

We are often responsible executors in our deliveries, but we see a growing need for expertise in the early stages – design, construction, and inventory. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to help strengthen our capacity in these areas.

Our business currently serves 30 property companies with approximately 200 installations annually – and we have ambitious plans to expand into more international markets.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC consultant
• Experience in installation and coordination
• Understanding of drawings and technical systems
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Preferred: experience in property automation or energy measurement
