In the role of nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Brunkullan is a small accommodation that feels more familial, located in Odensala near Odensala Church and beautiful walking paths.

In the position of nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You will help with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that all our residents can live life, the whole life. This can involve everything from talking, playing games, going for walks, or coming up with some fun activity together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a part-time colleague for a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period with an employment rate of 80 %.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• A criminal record extract under paragraph 9

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
