At Firefly, we develop and deliver world-leading fire protection and fire prevention systems for process industries worldwide. We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated Operational Service Manager who wants to lead our service efforts in a dynamic and international environment, with a focus on Sweden.

With us, you will play a central role where you lead, organize, and develop the service organization while working closely with our customers to ensure the highest quality and availability.

About the role

As the Operational Service Manager at Firefly, you will be the hub of our service delivery organization. You will be responsible for planning and distributing work within the team, ensuring that maintenance, commissioning, and urgent repairs are handled efficiently. The role is broad and involves both technical and commercial responsibilities, from ensuring that our technicians have the right support and resources in their work to following up on routines for spare parts and service sales. You will report to our Aftermarket Manager.

You will lead and develop your team with clarity and engagement, and have personnel responsibility that includes recruitment, development discussions, and creating a work environment where everyone thrives and can perform at their best. In close dialogue with both customers and colleagues, you will ensure that we deliver high quality.

In short, you will have a key role where leadership, technology, and customer focus meet, and where you will contribute to keeping our customers' operations running without interruption.

To succeed in the role, we hope you have:

• At least 10 years of work experience, several of which in a leadership position within service or technical operations.
• Experience in international operations.
• Engineering degree or other technical education combined with relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license (B).
• Good experience in report writing, administration, and follow-up.
• Understanding of the process industry's requirements and consequences when a facility is down.
• Broad technical understanding, preferably from automotive, industry, or another relevant field.
