We are now looking for a Warehouse Employee who wants to be part of a team where structure, quality, and a good atmosphere are the focus.

The position is at a great company that cares a lot about its employees and the atmosphere at work; it is important that everyone has fun and enjoys their job. They work with IT and technology-related products.

They take good care of their employees and provide breakfast every morning, host summer and autumn parties to create cohesion and a good atmosphere. Provided that the company is doing well, they take everyone on a fun trip outside of Sweden every year. Every morning at 09:00, breakfast is served at the office.

The Work

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, curious, and has a sense of order. An important trait is the ability to think independently and see what needs to be done without being told. The personality and qualities we seek in you are that you are interested and curious, have good listening skills, a sense of order, and attention to detail in your work.

We value loyalty, the ability to listen to directives and follow them, as well as punctuality. You should be open to new tasks and show discretion regarding the company's and customers' sensitive information.

Your main tasks will include handling incoming goods, deliveries and shipments, invoicing, as well as managing our customers' own warehouses. You will document in the business system Visma and in the webshop, conduct inventories, answer questions from the sales department, and book deliveries both nationally and internationally. Configuration of computers, servers, tablets, etc. is also part of the tasks, along with labeling devices and documenting customer-specific information on SharePoint. Cleaning of warehouse areas and scanning of delivery notes for today's and yesterday's deliveries may also occur.

Competence Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• No criminal record
• High school diploma

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
