Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a service-oriented person for one of our clients in Segeltorp. In the role of service advisor, you play a crucial role at the workshop and you will primarily be the one in contact with the workshop's customers regarding their matters.  Your tasks will include booking customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing over cars, and processing payments.  You will guide customers regarding their technical issues and an important part of the job is to always provide the customer with a pleasant and professional experience while ensuring that the customer's wishes are met. 

Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email.

Your Profile We are looking for someone who has worked in some form of service before. A background in the automotive industry is preferred.

Application and Start Date

This is a full-time position, starting immediately. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 7-16 and 9-18.
