About the team & role

The role of warehouse worker at Transtema involves a mix of practical and administrative work, where you handle everything from inventory management and order processing to purchasing and reporting.

Your tasks include, among other things: 

• Receiving, inventorying, picking, and managing stock.
• Administering inventory management, deliveries, shipping, etc.
• Establishing and managing the logistics process and adapting it to specific projects or customer deliveries.
• Managing logistics with external partners, customers, and colleagues.
• Purchasing, inventory statistics, order management, and reporting.

They are looking for someone who wants to contribute to optimizing logistics processes and who enjoys working both independently and in a team. The role also involves customer contact, making it important that you are passionate about service and communication. Occasionally, travel to other locations may be required, which makes flexibility a significant asset.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in warehouse work, goods reception, and shipping.
• Is comfortable with administrative tasks and has some experience with order management and purchasing.
• Is accustomed to working with the Office suite and preferably systems like IFS and Bitlog.
• Has a B driver's license and A and B forklift licenses (reach truck and counterbalance).
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Enjoys physical and active work in a warehouse.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented. You have a drive to develop and see solutions rather than problems.

• Location: Segeltorp Stockholm
• Working hours: 07:00-15:30 or 08:00-16:30
• Scope: Full-time
